Our shared background comes from working in the aviation industry, where precision, professionalism, and working with people from different cultures and time zones were part of everyday life.

That experience shaped how we communicate, how we take responsibility, and how we operate with grace under pressure. It taught us to stay calm, think clearly, and be resourceful in fast moving, high pressure environments. It also set the standard for how we expect work to be done.

When we later transitioned into remote work, those same principles carried over into supporting global businesses across marketing, operations, and sales.

Carson leads business development and client acquisition at Shift. She works directly with founders, builds partnerships, and guides clients from the first conversation through onboarding. Her focus is on understanding how each business actually operates, setting clear expectations early, and making sure every engagement is structured to work long term.

Cherry
Co-Founder
Marketing, Growth, and Client Delivery
Cherry leads marketing and growth at Shift. She focuses on outreach, email marketing, and brand positioning, making sure the right message reaches the right businesses. She also oversees client delivery, ensuring every VA placement is structured, supported, and aligned with each client’s needs from day one.
